Yellow Aspen Leaf on Green Moss Next to Stream

The Story: I know this Colorado fall fine art print of a yellow aspen leaf on green moss next to a running river is a bit cliche, but I couldn’t resist. I spent several minutes changing my tripod so it looked straight down, making sure the leaf, moss, and river were all on view. My nephew was with me. I’m sure he was getting impatient. LOL

The Story: While in Aspen, CO, shooting fall photos, the diagonal line of the gold aspens and the green pine trees interested me. Maybe it will interest you, too. A fall fine art print of Colorado such as this is probably cliche, but I had to have one of my own.

Fall Drive

The Story: Coming home from shooting the Maroon Bells outside Aspen, Colorado, I drove around a turn and saw this view and had to stop to get a photo. I was awe-struck, with the gold aspens and green pine trees, the snow-capped mountain in the background, and the storm clouds overhead. I hope you enjoy looking at this fine art print of the Colorado mountains in the fall as much as I do.

The Story: I drove from Fort Collins to Aspen, CO, to get up before sunrise to be at this lake before sunrise so I could capture the lake as still as it could be. It was cloudy and overcast, and I wasn’t sure the sky was going to turn-out. Thankfully, it did.
